How do I pay for an order ?

Online orders will be charged to the your credit card used at time of order. Rescueher accepts most major credit cards. We also accept PayPal payments.

How do I order ?

Orders can be made online at www.RescueHer.com, through your sales rep, email sales@staging.rescueher.com or by telephone.

How do I track my order ?

Orders can be tracked through your online account at www.RescueHer.com under Orders. All orders will update the tracking number once product has shipped.

How do I reset my password ?

If you forget your password. Click on the Forgot Password link and follow the instructions. You should receive an email that will link you to a page to reset your password. If you have any technical issues please contact support@staging.rescueher.com.

What is your refund policy ?

Refunds can be requested and processed using MY Account at www.RescueHer.com. All refunds must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your RESCUEHER kit. RESCUEHER offers a full refund on defective goods. All returns should include all the unused items in the RESCUHER kit that was purchased in there original packaging. All wholesale returns must be accompanied by an RA.

How long will it take to get my rescueher kit ?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24hrs. Depending on the type of shipping speed selected at the time of checkout will determine shipping time. Ground shipping is up to 5 days.
